1. Cancellation Policy

Therefore, we have a flexible and customer-friendly cancellation policy that allows you to cancel your order or service request under certain conditions and get a refund or exchange as per our policies.

Please provide your order or service request number, name, contact details, and reason for cancellation. We will confirm your cancellation request and process it as soon as possible.
However, please note that some orders or service requests cannot be canceled once confirmed, shipped, delivered, or started. These include:
- Customized or personalized products or services, such as gaming PCs, CCTV cameras, etc.
- Products or services that are already in transit or have been delivered to you.
- Products or services that have been used, damaged, or tampered with by you or any third party.
- Products or services that are non-returnable or non-refundable as per our terms and conditions.
- There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.
- No cancellations for festive products by Singaltech Computers. Limited-time exclusive offers.
- Pre-order items cannot be canceled. However, if the product delivered is defective, the customer can request a refund or a replacement.
- Cancel before shipping: 2% fee. Cancel after shipping: 5% fee. Modify after shipping: 3% fee. Modify before shipping: no fee. Fees subtracted from refund. Refund after the product is back in the same condition.
- The convenience fee is non-refundable if the buyer cancels the order. Full refund if we cancel the order. The fee applies only if the buyer cancels and wants a refund.

2. Return / Refund Policy

Please provide your order or service request number, name, contact details, and reason for return or exchange. We will confirm your return or exchange request and provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
However, please note that some products or services cannot be returned or exchanged once confirmed, shipped, delivered, or started. These include:
- Customized or personalized products or services, such as gaming PCs, CCTV cameras, mobile repairs, etc.
- Products or services that are already in transit or have been delivered to you.
- Products or services that have been used, damaged, or tampered with by you or any third party.
- Products or services that are non-returnable or non-refundable as per our terms and conditions.
- No returns or refunds if the product seal is broken and the product is not faulty.
- Return/refund requests will be canceled if any part or accessory is missing.
- Keep packaging material until the return window is closed.
- Pack the product properly as received, do not tape or glue the product or product box.
- Refund will be done in the same account as payment, except for Bajaj EMI, which will have a 5% deduction if the buyer cancels the order.
In such cases, you will not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund. If you have any questions or doubts about our return/refund policy, please feel free to contact us before placing your order or service request. We will be happy to assist you and clarify any doubts you may have.
If you are eligible for a return, exchange, or refund, you will have to bear the shipping or delivery charges for returning or exchanging the product or service. You will also have to ensure that the product or service is returned in the same condition as it was received by you, along with the original packaging, invoice, and accessories (if any). We will not accept any product or service that is damaged, incomplete, or altered in any way.
Once we receive the product or service from you, we will inspect it and verify its condition. If everything is in order, we will process your return, exchange, or refund as per your request and our terms and conditions. Depending on the mode of payment you used, it may take up to 15 working days for the refund amount to reflect in your account. For exchanges, we will ship the new product or service to you as soon as possible, subject to availability.
