1. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
- There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.
- No cancellations are entertained for those products that the Singaltech Computers marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, Valentine’s Day, etc. These are limited-occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
- Singaltech Computers does not accept cancellation requests for pre-order items. However, a refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the condition of the product delivered is not good.
- In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
- 2% will be deducted as the convenience fee for orders getting canceled by the buyer before shipping, once the order has been shipped it will be a 5% charge if the orders get canceled by the buyer. 3% will be deducted if the buyer wants to modify the order after being shipped and no charges are applicable to modify the order before shipping. These charges will be adjusted from the refund amount. If the buyer opts for a refund, then it will be initiated once we receive the product in the same condition as it was shipped.
- The convenience fee charged on the orders is non-refundable only if the order is canceled by the buyer. In case of order gets canceled by us then the complete order amount will be refunded. This charge is only applicable if the buyer wants to cancel the order and opts for a refund.
- In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them. Singaltech Computers believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has, therefore, a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
2. Return / Refund Policy
- We accept return and refund requests only if the product delivered by us is in damaged condition, the wrong product sent, the product is in dead condition, or the product is defective. Buyers will have 3 days and 7 days (7 days is applicable on purchase of a complete PC set) after delivery to inform us in case of any dispute in the order to claim for return or refund. For gaming chairs only replacement is applicable, no refunds will be there for gaming chairs. If the seal of the product is opened and the product is not faulty then return/refund will not be applicable. The buyer needs to bring the issue to our attention either by emailing us (preferred) or by calling us.
- If the payment was made through our payment gateway then it will be refunded in the same account by which the payment was done, in the case of BANK TRANSFER and COD orders refunds will be done only in the buyer’s bank account. Refunds usually take 7-10 working days to reflect in your account.
